We offer a 7-day return window for eligible items, starting from the day you receive your package. To be eligible for a return:

2. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the unique and personal nature of our custom/bespoke pieces, these items are meticulously crafted specifically for you. Therefore, customized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
We believe in transparency. For all eligible returns, please note that the shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held liable for items that do not reach our studio.
