1. Processing Time

We treat every order with precision. Once your order is placed, please allow 2 business days for our team to carefully inspect, package, and prepare your piece for transit. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number the moment your order departs our studio.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeline

We ship globally from China via our trusted logistics partners—DHL, UPS, and SF International—to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and efficiently.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Rate: Free on all orders over $100 USD.

    • Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping:

    • Rate: Calculated at checkout based on your destination.

    • Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or local customs processing.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (DAP Terms)

All international orders are dispatched under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms.

Please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are mandated by the destination country’s customs authority and are not included in the item price or shipping costs. As the importer of record, the recipient is responsible for these fees. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of potential charges before completing your purchase.
